Returns

 

  • Please email info@shopewb.com to initate all returns.
  • You may return any item you are unhappy with within 14 days of receiving for shipping orders, or within 14 days of fulfillment for pickup orders/in-store purchases. The tags must be still attached and item(s) in original condition, free of any odors, cigarette smoke, or animal hair.
  • If you need a size exchange, please message us, and we will ship new size to you for no additional charge once we receive your initial item back.
  • You may bring all returns into the storefront or ship to 140 Grant Ave. Vandergrift, PA 15690.
  • You will receive a refund to your original card, unless exchanging for another item in-store if returning in person. Please allow up to 7 days once item(s) arrive to post office to receive and process refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you receive a defective item, we will email you a return label at no additional shipping cost. Please email us with a photo of damaged item.
  • Items that have been marked down 50% or more of their original price are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • East West Boutique has the right to reject any returned items that are not in orginal condition or received outside of the 14 day return window.

East West Boutique was founded in May 2021 by Jen and her best friend who grew up together in Western Pennsylvania. They dreamed up a business that blended friendship, fashion, and coast-to-coast style. The name East West was inspired by their lives on opposite coasts and the belief that great style and great friendships can thrive no matter the distance.

Today, East West Boutique is proudly owned and operated by Jen, who continues to grow the brand with the same heart, vision, and community-first mindset it was built on.

Jen is a wife, mom of three, and long-time entrepreneur based in her hometown of Vandergrift, Pennsylvania. Before opening East West Boutique, she ran her own at-home clothing business, where she discovered her true passion: helping women feel confident, comfortable, and seen through what they wear. Building real relationships with customers has always been at the core of what she does, and that hasn’t changed.

At East West Boutique, the mission is simple: Everyday Style for Every Body. Jen carefully curates styles that are on-trend, comfortable, and size-inclusive, so women of all ages and body types can find pieces they truly love. Whether you’re shopping online, catching a live sale, or visiting the storefront, the goal is always the same—to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where getting dressed feels fun again.
