You may return any item you are unhappy with within 14 days of receiving for shipping orders, or within 14 days of fulfillment for pickup orders/in-store purchases. The tags must be still attached and item(s) in original condition, free of any odors, cigarette smoke, or animal hair.
If you need a size exchange, please message us, and we will ship new size to you for no additional charge once we receive your initial item back.
You may bring all returns into the storefront or ship to 140 Grant Ave. Vandergrift, PA 15690 (Regardless of where item was initially shipped from)
You will receive a refund to your original card, unless exchanging for another item in-store if returning in person. Please allow up to 7 days once item(s) arrive to post office to receive and process refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you receive a defective item, we will email you a return label at no additional shipping cost. Please email us with a photo of damaged item.
East West Boutique has the right to reject any returned items that are not in orginal condition or received outside of the 14 day return window.
