Refund policy

Online Returns:

• Please email info@shopewb.com to initiate all returns, unless bringing to our storefront to return in person.
• Item(s) may be returned within 14 days of receiving package (or date of placing order if picking up in store)
• Tags must be attached and item(s) in original condition, free of any odor, cigarette smoke, or pet hair. You will receive a refund or store credit. Please specify which you would like. Allow 7 days once item(s) arrive to our post office to receive and process refund.
• If you receive a defective item, we will email you a return label at no additional shipping cost. Please include a photo of damaged item in your email request.
• Ship returns to 140 Grant Ave. Vandergrift, PA 15690.
• We cannot hold any items while waiting to receive your return, if you wish to exchange. You may purchase replacement item up front, and we will simply refund your card for initial purchase once we receive it back.
• East West Boutique has the right to reject any returned items that are not in original condition as specified above or received outside of the 14 day return window.

In-Store Returns:

• Item(s) may be returned within 14 days of purchasing in store for full refund or store credit. An extra 14 days will be allotted for store credit only. Please see above, as the rest of our policy applies.
• May return in store at counter. This includes any items you purchased online if you wish to return in person instead of shipping back.
